I Am Love

I’m very inspired by the people around me, I’m very much interested in the things we do together, they are a part of my own realization.

Nora and I stayed up late, this was any given night, it didn’t matter she had been working all day, we all were every day.  But there was always time for this, an open forum of communication.  These discussions of life at large were important as we were and are navigating, free of judgement or any real certainty of the words we say, we can only go with our intuition based on what has been engrained over time.  We talked about the fact that we are all here for a reason.  We have a gift to give; we have a purpose for our moments and our lives.  We find people with whom we want to be, but as ourselves, it’s just, only together can we make things happen.  Take the time to think, take as much time as you need, and to learn about things, your self and what it is you can do.  Trust in your thoughts, for they are your own and you are you.  There is a fire inside and I move to keep it absolutely warm.

And I hear that we can soak nutrients straight into our bodies just by standing skin to soil.  I still don’t know if that is true but those kinds of things always make sense to me, we are nature, and I don’t want to disconnect from that because I think it is the only truth.   I am not stagnant energy, I am a part of a flow, which also makes sense to me since we are mostly water, and that is a comfort to remember because it is everywhere.  I want to look around and feel alive, I don’t want to disconnect from a natural reality.  I don’t want to be surface level, I want to be profound.

I hate to be negative and harp, that being said, I think we gotta change because people seem to be getting sick and the land too, this planet was made for life.

I still have to remind myself to breathe, our lungs expand up to eight times larger than we normally use them, or so I’ve read.  I am practicing wholeness, or trying to, every minute of the day matters. I am sure that life is meant to be thoroughly enjoyed, just try and help out and be aware of what is happening to you and connect.  I believe our time is the time, we have been given it for a reason and we get what we give, competition is only a state of mind.

So before I continue, and while you are breathing, I’d like to remind any and every one to, “let the mind beware, that though the flesh be bugged, the circumstances of existence are pretty glorious.” ― Jack KerouacThe Dharma Bums

A baby bell pepper is born today, growth, after all.  Green beckons.

Fourth Chakra:  This chakra governs your ability to give and receive unconditional love and affection.  When you experience loss, your heart will remain open if you allow yourself to feel all your emotions, including both sorrow and anger.  But if you try to protect yourself from pain by putting up walls, your heart energy will close down. Examples

Excessive Energy:  This man is a poet and actor.  He is a passionate lover, full of emotions rarely expressed except through his art.  Outwardly he seems sincere and devoted, but inwardly a fire rages and he can’t control his moodiness, his depressions, his grief, his fatigue.  When he is alone he is miserable, and when he’s newly in love, he’s ecstatic.  But after a while he becomes demanding and controlling and he drives away the ones he loves.

Deficient Energy:  This is the woman who loves too much.  Because she wasn’t well loved as a child, she doesn’t believe she’s worthy of love.  She may be attractive and competent, but she chooses a mate who resembles the father or mother who was unable to give her the love she craved.  Her greatest desire is to change her mate into a loving person through the power of her love.  She does everything for him, but she ends up trying to control him and he often resists by pushing her away.

Balance:  This Sufi teacher lives in a huge house, surrounded by luxurious, profuse flowers.  She is perpetually housing, feeding, and comforting everyone from beggars to saints.  Children are drawn to her.  She has endless friends and overflows with energy and love.  Her lover is both affectionate and spiritual.
